Standing as the largest meeting venue in the Stroud Valley, we are pleased to offer extensive conferencing facilities for between 10 to 150 guests. Whether visitors are in need of privacy for as confidential board meeting, or fanfare to toast product launches and awards dinners, we can offer a wide range of facilities and spaces to meet your needs.
We like to think of ourselves as a quiet retreat from the bustle of day-to-day office life, and is the perfect environment to inspire fresh creativity and effective strategic thinking. Projectors, screens and whiteboards are all available for hire, alongside Wi-Fi access throughout the Hotel.
The Caroline Suite
Our new refurbished Caroline Suite is ideally suited as an exclusive conference room, overlooking our private lawns and landscaped gardens. The suite seats up to 150 delegates theatre-style and can accommodate 120 guests for private dining.
We are able to employ portable walls to divide the space into smaller conference rooms, as well as air conditioning and a state of the art PA system, making this the ideal venue for team building events, exhibitions, training seminars and product launches. Additionally, the private bar and lounge area provides a convenient setting for refreshments and lunch.
The Crellin Room
Located on the ground floor and hard to miss, given its authentic wood panels and mullioned windows, not to mention private access to the terraces and gardens, The Crellin Room lends a special atmosphere to any event, whether it be a board meetings or private dinner party.
An intimate space for up to 12 people, set on the lower ground floor overlooking our gardens, the Sankey Suite boasts a large oak table and leather chairs, making it the perfect environment for an executive or boardroom meeting.
With idyllic views across our gardens, the Sandford Suite has an abundance of natural daylight with access directly onto the terrace, making it the ideal space for smaller meetings, or use as a breakout room.
