CCP is a registered charity which aims to prevent the causes, and reduce the effects of, homelessness, family breakdown, and exclusion.
This community-based support service offers help with accommodation, independent living services, parenting and family support, housing management, and social prescribing.
At Stonehouse Court, we’ve partnered with CCP to offer families an overnight bed and breakfast stay, here in the hotel.
Cementing our status as one of the best family-friendly hotels, we believe every family deserves to be treated, and be offered the chance to escape the challenges that life may bring.
Best Family-Friendly Hotels | Quarterly Retreat
As part of our retreat initiative with CCP, we’re welcoming a new family every quarter to join us for a complimentary stay.
Selected families working with the charity will delight in a complimentary overnight stay at Stonehouse Court Hotel, allowing them to enjoy the tranquillity of the Cotswolds.
The chosen families will receive a family room with dinner and breakfast included, allowing them to relax and rejuvenate during their stay.
First Family Stay | Best Family-Friendly Hotels
September marked a significant milestone in our partnership with CCP, as we opened our doors to welcome the first family to stay with us as part of the initiative.
The father of the family said: "The stay came at just the right time, after passing through a tough period. The experience had an overwhelmingly positive impact, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our break at the hotel."
We’re delighted to have had the opportunity to offer a family a memorable getaway and make a meaningful impact.
Charity at Stonehouse Court Hotel
Over the Christmas period last year, we provided a family facing financial hardship with a complimentary 3-day stay.
With the issues caused by the on-going cost of living crisis, we wanted to provide a family with the chance to enjoy the festive season — without financial constraint.
This holiday package encompassed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, allowing a family to celebrate together in one of the best family-friendly hotels.
Best Family-Friendly Hotels | Sustainable Practices
At Stonehouse Court Hotel, we’re committed to being one of the best family-friendly hotels and promoting sustainability through partnerships with the local community.
We’ve implemented a ‘Pass-on-a-Clean’ programme, through which guests can opt out of daily room cleaning in favour of environmentally friendly practices.
Proceeds from this programme are donated directly to the CCPS, supporting the community pantry project which aims to help those in challenging circumstances.
