Lammas Ceremony at Stroud Goddess Temple

Celebrate the first harvest of the year with rituals and activities at the Stroud Goddess Temple. 

This ceremony will be about connecting to spiritual Mother, Mother Earth, Mother Nature, Gaia. A space shared with healers, artists, and community groups — it’s open for everyone to be a part of, so it’s definitely worth a visit throughout the summer.

Creating Spaces 2024 at The Garden at Miserden

The gardens at Miserden are truly enchanting. During your escape to Stroud, there’s no better place to unwind and explore the stunning greenery.

In the Miserden Club Room, you’ll feel inspired by abstract and figurative work, stone and wood carving, bronze and metal, ceramics, textiles, mosaic, glass and more.

The Creating Spaces event is dedicated to showcasing artists' sculptures and providing a platform for them to promote their work and share the designs and thought processes behind their creations. You can explore the artists and their work in the brochure here.

Summer Holiday Activities at Berkeley Castle

Enjoy a range of family-friendly activities during the summer holidays at the historic Berkeley Castle​.

These events offer a variety of tasks ranging from cultural ceremonies and art exhibitions to shows and outdoor trails, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy during the summer in Stroud.

Stroud Beer Festival

If you’re looking for the best place to share some beers with your mates, whilst soaking up great tunes and some (hopefully) good weather, why not head down to The Sub Room Stroud?

The Stroud Beer Festival will also feature delicious food, live music and talented DJs who will keep you entertained between 4 pm and 10 pm.

Stonehouse Court Events

We’ve also got some exclusive events taking place at Stonehouse Court in the next few months.

80s Night

Join us for a jump back into the 80s this August with a party at Stonehouse Court.

It’s the perfect time to dig through your wardrobe for your abandoned leg warmers and tutus and boogie down to some tunes like the good ol’ days.

  • Date: Saturday 2nd August 2024

  • Location: Stonehouse Court

  • Time: 7pm til late

  • Price: £20 (including a buffet)

The ticket price includes a delicious buffet, where you can go back around as many times as you like!

Marshall King’s Showtime

Join Marshall for a walk through the West End, with a few comedy detours along the way.

You can sit back, relax and enjoy songs from musicals, films and theatre. You may want to leave the kids behind for this one though, as the show makes reference to adult humour.

  • Date: Friday 16th August 2024

  • Location: Stonehouse Court

  • Time: 7pm til late

  • Price: £30 (including a two-course meal)

This meal includes:

Main Course: Chicken and Mushroom Pie with Garlic Infused Mash

Dessert: Eton Mess Cheesecake
